Audit "Manage Service Provider Relationships" setup taks

Summary:

For a client we have the issue that suddenly the setups Manage Service Provider Relationships is changed and the following chackbox is enabled:

This is generating issues with buyers as they are creating PO for wrong Requisitionings BU. We do not know if it's a bug or if someone is modifying this setup but we changed 3 times and suddenly this checkbox appears enabled.

In fact I want to audit this setup in order to understand who is changing it, is it possible?
