I cannot find a job offer listed in the transaction logs form 9-22-22 for a specific employee

One of our job offer from 9-22-22 was selected audit sample. EY is asking that we prove that this job offer was submitted with the correct job descriptions. When a job offer is submitted HR receives an email showing that a Job offer was submitted. In this case our HR Manager has the email for that job offer. When we look at the transaction consol, there are no transaction for this employee for 9-22-22.

EY is asking for the screenshot from the transaction consol that contain the actual attached job description.
I do not see anything listed that even when checking under the archive section.
