Edit Learning Activities in a Spreadsheet ends (504) Gateway Timeout

Summary:

We're experiencing a "504 Gateway Timeout" error when attempting to
bulk update offering completion status for learners using the "Edit
Learning Activities in a Spreadsheet" feature in Oracle Learning Cloud.
We've downloaded a spreadsheet containing In Progress and Not Started
learning assignments for over 100 learners. When we try to upload the
spreadsheet with updated completion statuses, we receive the error after
approximately 5 minutes.

We've confirmed with Oracle support that the default timeout limit
for this feature is 5 minutes. This timeout is triggered if either the
download or upload process takes longer than 5 minutes.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Are there any known workarounds or solutions for this timeout problem?
