Make more than one person receiving notifications addressed to the meeting host

Hi Community, I would need to understand if when HRs schedule an interview would it be possible to insert more than one meeting host or if it is possible to somehow insert a shared mail box where communications, that usually come to the meeting host, would arrive. This would be very useful since currently if, for example, an interview is scheduled with the Teams integration and the interviewer declines or puts the interview schedule as Tentative, the only one notified of this is the meeting host, however, if the person put as the meeting host is out of the office
