Contract Employment Status DBI in payroll fomula

I am using dbi PER_CONTRACT_LEG_DDF_SA_EMPLOYMENT_STATUS in payroll formula to get the employee contract status (single, family). It is working fine but when employee is re-hired or converted from candidate to pending working and then employee getting error of multiple records under Saudi Arabia LDG. I tried by setting the context effective_date but still same error comes. Tried to search any other DBI for this but did not find.
