Does internal application parse the resume

Summary: We have an internal applicant who applied to a requisition via Opportunity Marketplace, and when she uploaded her resume into the ORC application, it did not parse. She wanted to go back in and update the application with additional details but could not. Is there a way for an internal candidate to update additional details on their application, such as education or experience? Does resume parsing not apply for internal career site applications?
