Is there any way of masking the long teams link that is generated using Teams integration?

We have configured the Teams integration, when sending a web conference link to the candidate it is very long and not a great candidate experience.

Is there any way of masking this i.e. via a hyperlink? It doesn't look possible - but though I'd check to see if anyone else had achieved this outcome.
