How to config Termination workflow where for Manager it follows approval, for HR it is Auto approved

Looking for ways to configure Termination workflow where for Manager it follows approval chain but for HR it is Auto approved.
How can we include them in a single Rule ?
What if we make Approval rules activated only when Requester = MGR and by not defining other Requester should it automatically go approved ?

i.e If Requester = MGR — Approval flow
If Requester = HR — Auto approved
