External carrer page provision to change add education hypelink to read different talent section

HI ,

We have a requirement to change add education hyperlink to read instead of 'Degree' another talent section whihc is 'Highest Level of Education'.

Reason for this for current employees we have enabled 'Highest Level of Education' under talent section to add their schools and college information and we want external candiates post converting to employee information automatically store in talent section.

Also we have few DFF enabled under 'Highest Level of Education' whihc also to be showed in external carrer site for candiates.

Kindly let us know is there any way to change it.
