Approval notifications are missing details (on an ad hoc basis)
Summary:
Hi there
Blank notification workflows are being sent through to Learning Approvers when updates are made to employees Talent Profiles. There is no pattern to this and after asking employees it occurs when updating a variety of quals and licences.
The issue is happening on an ad-hoc basis which means it has been difficult to replicate.
Has anyone else been experiencing the same issue?
