Hi,
we are testing the 'Manage employment' approval rule. If we use the Classic UI (My Client Groups → Person Management), the approval rule correctly works; however if we use responsive UI (I go into My Client Groups -> Change Assignment (quick action) -> I select the Action associated with our Approval route; I click on Submit), the transaction is automatically approved (the Approval route we configured in the Manage Employment task does not work).
How can I activate our approval rule also in the responsive UI?
