Unable to download check prints after 30 days of PPR completion; seeking alternatives to access file

Summary:

After 30 days from the completion of a Payment Process Request, the AP user is unable to download the check print, and the "View Attachment" option is grayed out (please find attached). However, if the PPR was completed within the last 30 days, the system allows us to view and download the files. Is this an Oracle standard functionality? Is there an alternative way to download the files
