Oracle Recruting Cloud Action button

Hello All,

Our client having one requirement that once the candidate provide the additional information then only from the action menu under the candidate under a requisition should show the menu "Duplicate Check".Could it be possible or enhancement request required.

The same thing happen when a candidate accepted the offer and from action menu the "Move To HR" is enabled.The same functionality required for the above case.
