Adding a Temporary Assignment for an Ex-Employee in ORC

Hi,

In the Process of Re-Hire, whenever we are hiring an Ex - Employee in order to add Temporary Assignment to them.

In the Employment Info I couldn't be able to see any the change in their profile. Temporary Assignment is not getting added to their Profile.

Any suggestion?
