Has anyone noticed SIT wages on Third-Party Periodic Tax file extract for states with no SIT?

Summary: After Q2-2024 legislative update, we are finding that our Third-Party Periodic and Quarterly tax file extracts we send to ADP contain SIT wages for states with no SIT. For example, TX SIT has wages and should not. It appears that a new delivered element "SIT Exempt Wages" may be part of the issue. We had to add eligibility to this element because it was causing an error with our Retro Payroll process. Now a new balance called "Wages Earned for Hours Worked in Excess of Statutory Limit" seems to be included in the Periodic and Quarterly tax file extracts and is failing with ADP because the states with NO SIT have values.

Howdy, Stranger!
