Error while submitting the requisition without organization

Summary:

Hi All,

We have requirement to Hide the organization field for the Recruiters, we managed to hide the field from HCM Design studio and made it non - mandatory using page composer EL expression.

However when the user tries to submit the requisition

How can we get rid of the Organization field ?
