Approval Flow is not working properly with Job Level Based Line Manager Hierarchy

Summary:

Have six levels of Jobs identified, with Level 6 as the Top in the Hiearchy and Level 1 as the base Employee

Employee submitted document record should be sent to Level 4 & LEvel 5 for approval. Using Job Level Based LM Hierarchy, configured the levels as below. When Employee submits a doc rec, the flow errors. (to ensure the conditions are not causing errors, replaced the Job Level Based LM Hierarchy with Management hierarchy and the flow works with no errors_
