increasing length of business title

We create jobs, positions, and then used as a template for new requisitions

HR has asked I increase the # of characters of Business Title field.

I cannot see the ability under creation of jobs or positions.

I would have gone to sandbox or page composer but those are transitioning to Redwood.

How can I do this?
