Restricting Job Requisition Access for hiring managers

Hi Oracle Community,

We need to enable the creation of job requisitions for hiring managers, and we want to restrict this based on the job levels. If the job is for an Analyst or Grade 1 role, the request should go to the line manager. If the job is for an Executive Director, Grade X, the request should go to the Chief.

How can we achieve this requirement? Additionally, we want the hiring manager to only see the jobs that are within their own department, and not all jobs.
