Termination Approval Rule based on the type of Manager assigned to Manage Employment page

Summary:

Our Client has Contingent workers and the CWK workers have either a Authoritative Manager assigned or a Notification manager mandatorily assigned in Manage employment under Manager Details

For Termination Approval we need the rule

1. if the Authoritative Manager type is blank then it should auto approve but the FYI should go to Notification Manager
2. If the notification Manager type is blank then it should auto approve and the FYI should go to Notification Manager
