SMS URL Restrictions In Specific Countries

Implementing Oracle Recruting Booster, encountered a limitation/issue around Two Way Messaging.

In cenrtain countries, there are regulatory eestrictions in place e.g. SMS messages can not be sent containing URL's . Twilio has a guidlines page on this: . Therefore SMS messages contianing URL links can not be sent to certain countries.

Has anyone got suggestions around navigating these restrictions?
