Restrict recruiter field LOV to employees having recruiter role

Summary: We want to restrict the Recruiter field LOV to the employees who are having recruiter role. So while creating a Job Requisition we will be able to see only Recruiters name to select from in Recruiter field LOV instead of global list which includes internal employees as well.

Please assist me on this.
