Where are all the ethnicity fields located?

I can see the someone ethnicity in person management under person, however there are several reports I've built that show employees with two different ethnicities. When I search through Oracle, I can only find one field for ethnicity with one of the two results from my report. Can anyone assist on where the additional information may be coming from?
