Can we change the drop down for employer description in job formatting?

Summary:

When we go through the Job Formatting step for a job requisition, the Employer Description drop down for Internal lists the internal and external options however for External we only see the external option. Can we change the Internal drop down to only show the internal option? The CU_EMP_DES being used for external only was previously used for internal and external.
