Why Im I missing a Entity in the account selection of Intercompany Transaction?

I'm creating a new intercompany transaction. I selected my provider and then my receiver (Entity 1). When selecting the account combination, I'm looking for a specific entity (Entity 2), but the value isn’t showing up despite being able to see all entities linked to an intercompany organization.

If I change my receiver to Entity 2 and check the accounts, I can see all the intercompany organizations except the one for Entity 1. Each entity can see their respective values but cannot see the values of other entities.
