Need help in Manage Employment Approval flow for Change Working Hours

Summary:

We have a requirement that an approval flow should be triggered whenever there is a change in Working Hours.

Below are the conditions.

  • If employee's BU is Canada and there is change in working hours, then approval should trigger.
  • If employee BU is USA and there is change in working hours, then approval should trigger.
  • Issue we are facing is whenever user is changing any details that falls under Manage Employment Approval the approval workflow is being triggered.

Can you please suggest what are the attributes that can be used to trigger the approval workflow ONLY when there is a change in Working Hours.
