Attribute based Planning - Plan recommending an extra quantity for component items

Plan type - Constrained, Attribute based

Associated the below attribute based netting to the supply plan and, after that plan is suggesting 2 planned orders for supplies instead of 1.

Plan is working fine without attribute based netting but once we associated attribute based netting to the plan we are getting below issue

scenario:

Demand = B2B Sales Order with quantity 1 .

Collected the B2B Sales Order and reserved work order to planning > Plan run successfully > For the demand of 1 quantity , plan should generate planned orders for components just for 1 quantity. But all components of this B2B demand is having component planned orders with quantity =2 . Out of this 2, only 1 is pegged to sales order and the other is having status "Not pegged".
