Offer without start date

Hi Team,

We have requirement where customer used to create offer letter without start date in their legacy system. Once offer letter accepted by candidate Organization wait for the security check status. Once it is cleared, organization will add the start date in the offer letter and share it again with candidate.

Offer letter without the start date seems not feasible in Oracle. Can have any work around or solution?
