Not receiving opportunity marketplace notifications since 24B upgrade

Summary:

Ever since we moved to 24B we are no longer receiving opportunity marketplace notifications. We received them with no problem prior to the upgrade. We made no changes to configuration, did not enable to new profile value ORA_IRC_CX_JOB_ALERTS_SEPARATE_ESS, and made no change to our scheduled jobs. Our understanding was that this new profile option would have no impact on current functionality unless we enabled it.
