Trigger IRC_Requisition_Initiation notification everytime whenever there is a hit on save and close

Summary:

Hi ,

We are trying to set up the process of requisition creation

HM > HRBP > Recruiter

So when the HM creates the requisition and click on save and close the alert IRC_Requisition_Initiation should trigger to Collaborator

and then Collaborator edits the Requisition and hit on save and close the alert should trigger to Recruiter.

Is there any possibility to set up this?
