Is there a way to view only the mandatory fields while creating a new Requisition?

While creating a requisition we see a lot of fields configured, some are mandatory and some non-mandatory. Is there a way to filter out the non-mandatory ones and allow the user to fill in the mandatory fields and submit for approval?
