Termination sets the status as Inactive - Payroll Eligible in some cases Inactive No Payroll

Hi,

When Termination initiated via Person Management the status of the employee is set to Inactive - Payroll Eligible.

When Termination initiated via Responsive UI. then the status the status of the employee is Inactive - No Payroll

How to make this behaviour consistent?
