Provide access to offboarder to edit the last working day

We have a requirement to provide the Offboarder admin, access to edit the last working day of the employee.

Off-boarder admin is able to edit the last working day of the employee when an HR admin terminates the employee.

But when the employee submits the resignation by himself , there is no option to edit the last working day of the employee given to offboarder admin.

Steps :

Employee submits the resignation

Resignation goes to approver for the actions

Approver reassigns the task to offboarder admin.

Offboarder admin has the option 'Edit' . It takes to the page of editing the resignation details. But the Notification date / Last working day of employee are non editable.
