Is there a way to flag courses so that you know they belong to a Specialization?

We have thousands of courses in our catalog and we also have many, many Specializations, some of which are very large.

We sometimes unpublish a course because the content is no longer valid or we change/lose a vendor.

When we unpublish the course, we have no way of knowing that the course belongs to a specific (or multiple) Specializations. The only way we discover it is by an employee reaching out because the course is not launching for them.

Is there an enhancement that can be made that will flag/identify unpublished courses in a Specialization, or on the Course itself to show any associated Specializations?
