Multiple Invoices in Transaction Console in the Status of Stuck

We have multiple invoices in Transactiion Console for the process Invoice Approval that show they are in a status of Stuck. When I select a transaction the only Action I'm given is to Terminate Process. Do I need to Terminate the Process and if so do I need to do something else to make sure they are fully approved and processed?
