Make Posting Location only show city options (level two geography)

Summary:

Job Boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed will throw errors for jobs they scrape from our career site where the jobs only have a country or state listed. These sites require the city to be specified in order to post. We have several posting daily that we have to update manually in order for them to be posted on LI and Indeed.

Due to this we were wondering if there is a way to change the posting location field to only show City options (level 2 in the geography) so that for example they do not see just France as an option instead would have to choose a specific city in France to post the job in.
