Approval flow to Shared Mailbox

Hi all. Looking for help on configuring an approval flow to go to a shared mailbox. For example, if I want the approval task to route to a shared mailbox that all HR team members have access to. I configured this a few years ago for a previous company, and was pretty confident in my memory of the steps, but I'm not getting the expected results.

I created a user account as seen below:

I add the 'user' to an approval flow as requiring approval. When searching for and adding, I see there is no name or email, but there is in the User Account seen above:
