Auto Renewal /Auto Version creation of Employee Contracts

Hi All

We have a requirement to create the employment contract versions automatically if there is no action has been manually taken such as termination or End of contract etc.., is it possible , that we can crate contract versions automatically up on the end date of the Employee contract if employee is not under non renewal
