Job Offer | When and Why "Action" value list for Internal Candidate

Hi team,
during the Job Offer creation for an Internal Candidate (Employee), we are displaying only two value for "Action" in the first section "When and Why".


This is an unexpected behavior because in “Configure Action” there are a lot of Action configured and Active, without an “End Date”, ex. Assignment Change.

We tried to enter also a future End Date (31/12/4712)

Could you please support me to fix?
