Purchase Order Service Version 2 soap web service does not show in Developer Connect and OIC

Hello

I am trying to use the Purchase Order Service V2 web service in the ERP connector in OIC, but the service does not appear. I also searched for it in ERP in the Developer Connect section, and only V1 appears. I have already assigned the privileges mentioned in the documentation, but I still cannot see the service from OIC.

Privileges used:

Manage Purchase Order by Web Service (PO_MANAGE_PURCHASE_ORDER_WEB_SERVICE_PRIV)
Search Purchase Order by Web Service (PO_SEARCH_PURCHASE_ORDER_WEB_SERVICE_PRIV)

In the dev environment, I used the service in the integration. When I migrated to test, I encountered this error when trying to activate it. The user is the same and has the same roles in both instances.
