Designing Pipeline Candidate Selection Phase
Summary:
We designed a Pipeline that has 4 Phases.
Should the Pipeline CSP align to the NON-Pipeline CSPs?
Meaning if my pipeline CSP has these phases of NEW, SCreening, Interview and Selected, does it mean that the standard pipeline should also have these phases including the Offer and HR Phase?
Is there an impact if the pipeline CSP and standard CSP phases are different? How does it impact my candidate after I moved him from Pipeline to STandard CSP requisition ?
