Issue with Document Records Page Post 24C Upgrade

Hi Team,

After the recent 24C upgrade, we’re facing an issue on the Document Records page when logging in through ESS. We’re receiving the error: "The REST call couldn't be completed."

Could you please help us resolve this issue.
