Social Security Number shows up on approval email when employees update emergency contact

Summary:

We have an issue where when employee update emergency contact, SSN shows up on approval email to approver. SSN should not be disclosed on email.

Can anyone help to know where can I find approval notification template related to this or how to achieve this?
