Send Notification on Disability Expiry

Hi experts,

a short question on the Disability section under the personal details.

In certain countries we have disabilities as well as Disability-IDs which expire at some point and need to be officially renewed. If that does not happen, the disabled person loses their status as a disabled person.

We would want to send out a notification when such an expiry date approaches (e.g. the To-Date of the disability).

I could not find the Disability information under the Alerts-Composer, is there anyone who has solved this differently?
