Candidate Home Address not Populating in the Job Offer after 24C Update

We are currently testing the 24C update in our Dev environments and have seen that our Candidate home addresses are not populating in the Job Offer letters for the internal team or the Candidate, nor visible on the candidate profile, even when the address is added on the application. The address does seem to be captures as it is flowing into the system when the Candidate is moved to Pending Worker. I have ensured that the correct security privileges are added for "Grant on Person Address" as well as ensured that the security profile is still set to View All
