Need to default the values in Update Requisition Preferences through Employee Record

As per the Business Requirement, we need to default the values coming in the 'Update Requisition Preferences' from the Employee Record.
By default, the Requester name and BU will come up based on the Procurement Agent setup.

However, the Deliver-to Location and Destination Type as 'Inventory' will have to be selected by the user manually. We need to default these values also. Users should not have to go and manually update it even though its one-time activity (setup-activity)

 Users don't want to update the Requester preference.. not even one-time setup.

The Requester Prefenece should auto-populate the value
Requester name
Deliver to location
