ORA_PER_ORACLE_SEARCH_WORKERSLOV_ENABLED ='Y' creates issue with hiring team sectionsecurity

IF 'ORA_PER_ORACLE_SEARCH_WORKERSLOV_ENABLED' Profile is marked as 'Y' Person security profiles doesnt work as expected.

My client group→ Hiring→ ADD→ Create Job Requisition→ Hiring team Section: Irrespective of attached security profile ,Users are able to see all employee from Organization.

If we mark this profile to 'N' Person security profile works as expected.
