How to automatically assign pre-screening questions

How are Pre-Screening Questions automatically assigned when creating a Job Requisition?

I'm trying to add an additional question to our list, but having no luck.

I've followed documentation under - which shows you can classify the question as 'Prescreening Question Added Automatically' which will automatically add them.

However, as you can see by the screenshot below, the existing questions are all showing as 'Prescreening Question Added by User'. But are all automatically assigned? So it appears they are being added somewhere else? Does anyone have any idea where else the questions could be configured, as I'm at a loss as to how they are being automatically assigned, when it's clearly set as a manual classification.
