Colloborator field not populating under requisition

Summary:

We have the collaborator field under our requisition under hiring. We are prompted to pick collaborator as the type. Once doing that the next field of drop down of choice of collaborators don't appear.

I have reviewed several documents under Customer Connect i.e. person security profiles, common lookups, etc

None have addressed what we are experiencing

Can anyone offer areas to look to at resolve our issue?
