Relabel Teacher Reference Number field in Diversity block?

Summary:

Client uses Diversity block in a number of job application flows. Included in this is the Teacher Reference Number (TRN), which is held in the PER_PERSON_LEGISLATIVE_DATA_LEG_DDF flexfield, an Oracle-delivered flexfield which can't be edited.

While the block instructions advise applicants the TRN is required for teaching roles, the Diversity block, and therefore the TRN, is displayed for non-teaching roles, such as Support and Intern.

As such, the client would like to relabel the Teacher Reference Number as displayed on the candidate application to ''Please enter your Teachers Reference Number (required for teaching roles only)'.
